Really nice and bright private room with two single bed that you can join to have a double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a desk. The apartment is in a really strategic position, just a few minutes walking distances from the cathedral, near the train station of Santa Maria Nuova. Nearby numerous bars, restaurants and bus/tram stop. The flat is on the first floor and it is composed by a large furnished living room/kitchen, 3 bedrooms where we can put a double bed or two separate single bed (as you prefer) with a big wardrobe and a desk and a bathroom. There is also wi-fi, washing machine and a television. The utilities (not included) will be counted each month based on meter calculations. An estimation could be around 50 euro per month per person. The deposit is one monthly rent for rental periods longer than 3 months. For rental periods from 1 to 3 months the deposit in only 100euro. It will be given back to you if there are no damages in the flat. Final cleaning of the flat is 200euro. International students and young professionals are welcome! :)...
