We offer renewed furnished rooms and studios at affordable prices. Regular rooms are between 10 and 16 m2, with some larger studios 15-22 m2. There is a large shared kitchen on the ground floor. Each unit has an individual fridge. Free wi-fi throughouth the residence. The residence has a front building with 4 levels (ground floor + 3 floors) and a back building with 3 levels .
