Description

Spacious and quiet double room in very large house shared house with other students, next door to Polo Piagge, Agraria, Economia e Commercio. The kitchen (shared with other students) has a washing machine. The house has large shared spaces such as a terrace and an altana (covered balcony-tower) and space for bicycles in the entrance. Available in October - together with another double (with private bathroom) and a single room. The double room is 400Eu (200eu/person) plus expenses (varying between 30-60/month summer/winter) The house could easily accomodate a group of friend, since another self contained double room will be available in July, as well as a single room which is available in August...
