Nice looking peaceful flat with studying rooms in city center near bus train stations,schools,shops,posts,police etc. There are no partys allowed and only renters may sleep in rooms. At the moment there are only girls students....Included in costs are: wifi net 10mb,cleaning lady and all standard costs.There is no parking space,pnly city garages and option to store bike in house hallway .Price is 230 eur for one room and around 70 eur costs -depends on consumption. Safety deposit is 300 eur....
