For communal living, there is a shared living room, kitchen diner and courtyard. The house has very recently been totally renovated and is fully equipped with a dish washer, washing machine, 2 x fridges, induction hob, microwave oven etc. Idéal for students at EDHEC, ESMOD, University Lille 2 (IUT-2), LEA, ENSAIT, ESAAT, IFSI-EFSAS. House is on metro line 2 (red line), (Marie de Croix or Epeule Montesquieu) 15 minutes to Lille. All facilities close by, supermarket etc. Everything that you could ever want- ALL BILLS INCLUDED, just bring your suitcase. Price for each room is 600 euros.
