Bright, airy hallways and staircase, lots of light and colours, it is located 300m from metro Botanique. Easy commute to most universities and to the EU district. Adult and mature guests are also welcome. Bedlinen and towels provided for stays of up to one month. Large shared common kitchen also available if you prefer taking your meals with other residents. Individual fridge and kitchenette in your studio. There's also a large garden/terrasse available at the back of the building, as well as a semi-private park next door. The area is central and near all amenities (Botanique metro, near Madou and Arts/Loi, near rue Neuve and the pedestrian area downntown, and close to Gare Centrale and Gare du Nord.
