Not available for family with childen. Rent includes: water, light, gas, building fees, taxes and also pillows, sheets, duvets, towels, dishes and so on. 1 month (900€)bailment will be required upon entry. Available starting from 1 August 2018 Flat Rules: -No smoking; -No pets allowed. -No parties allowed....
