3 small drawing rooms on the first floor in a twin town house that have been combined into a 37 sq m room, one area is used as a sleeping area, one for a pullout sofa bed, one for a table and 4 chairs. Separate toilet, access to kitchen used also by two sons of owner, shower in basement used with one son of owner. Access to garden. Separate entrance from the street, situated on the 1st floor, 5 mins walk to city center. 90 year old renovated stone town house in the old part of Reykjavik close to the old city harbor. One room only. Sights, museums and the old harbor area are all in in walking distance. Also the official and some private tourist information offices. Other inhabitants in the house are one son of owner on 2. floor and another son in the basement. Only one room for travelling guests. A very quiet family house in a quiet neighborhood. Guests can use the kitchen, the shower downstairs of course, the washing machine and dryer in the mornings and the garden which is a little wild, but with a wind sheltering fence all around and a sheer delight on good days. The price is if rented on a monthly basis. Cleaning is biweekly...
