**ROOM 2** My brother and I are looking for 1 person to rent a private room in our flat, located in the 20th arrondissment of Paris, at 5th floor (with elevator). - This room is 15m2, with a double bed (700€/month) : duvet, pillows and bed linen are provided. There are also a large desk and a chair in the room in the room now (they don't appear on the pictures).
