An ideal place for students which is close to everything. It has 2 bedrooms, and 2 extra bedrooms (total of 4) and 2 full bathrooms. You will only share your bathroom with one other person as the rooms will be divided between bathrooms as well. Amenities There is a fully equipped kitchen (with microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, cutlery, pans and dishes), 1 utility room, two balconies and a nice terrace, divided into equal parts. The house has electric heating, free Wi-Fi, cable, an iron and ironing board and some games for visitors’ entertainment. The apartment is located on the first floor of a small building with 3 floors (one apartment on each floor) where full respect for the upstairs neighbor should prevail, including silence during the night period. Sports Enthusiasts (Tennis, Yoga, Weights, Aerobics, Karate) Right in front of the flat, a 1 minute walk, is the Estrela e Vigorosa Sport complex, that offers the above fitness programs at low-cost prices. The Neighborhood It is locate in Antas - Paranhos - one of the noblest, quiet and friendly residential areas of the city. It takes 8 minutes by foot to the metro station “Combatentes” yellow line. Bus stop, is 1 minute walk then 15 minute bus ride to reach the city center and old town. The apartment is part of a family blockbuilding where the visitor will find the rest he needs to revitalize his body after a day discovering the city. A few meters way there are some shops (a small café, a hairdresser and a fruit shop). The closest bus stop is just 150 meters distance. Around it, main avenues like “Avenida Fernando Magalhães and “Praça Dr. Francisco SáCarneiro” have plenty of cafes, restaurants, banks and pharmacies, a supermarket "PingoDoce" and the 700 meters from the apartment the “ São Roque Park” (east of the city park) and the tennis courts (at the “Monte Aventino” complex) are ideal places for jogging or for a morning workout.Further on, at350 meters distance there is a Church (“Igreja das Antas”), and a Mc Donald’s. The entrance to the main road that circles Porto city (A23) stands at 1km distance, from which car travellers can easily reach several destinations, like the Airport, Porto de Leixões and the coast line. The A23 also offers you access to highways leading you to other cities like Braga, Guimarães, Viana do Castelo, the PenedaGeres National Park or the beautiful Douro Wine valley landscapes. In the surrounding district area, and within 7 minutes walk, the tourist will find the majestic “Dragon Stadium (FutebolClube do Porto - one of the stadiums that served the EURO 2004, the first in Europe to achieve certification "GreenLight") and its imposing museum as well as the Metro station with the same name, a gym (Solinca) with swimming pool and the luxurious Shopping Center “Alameda Shopping”. Moving Around At the BUS stop called “CONDE FERRERIA” (100 meters from the apartment) served by the company STCP the visitor can use any of the four line buses that will bring you to the city historical center (downtown Porto) every 10 minutes. The trip to the heart of the city takes about 15 minutes. You can also move around by METRO. The closest stations stands at 900 meters from the Apartment: Combatentes station (line D) or Estádio do Dragão station (line E). The Tram (known as METRO) in Porto is both running under or above surface, and has connection to the Airport. The TAXI wait square is about 150 meters. By TRAIN get off at Central Station (Campanhã) and take the Tram line E towards the Estádio do Dragão Station. By CAR, via the A23, Exit ANTAS - 1 km; To move TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT, the traveler can do it by car or taxi. Alternatively and more economically, guests can use the metro (entering the Estádio do Dragão station on line E - direct, with an estimated duration of 32 minutes trip and by acquiring a title Z4 for € 1.85 / person). Free parking for cars can be provided at the entrance of the building or a few meters away. Rules and Regulations It is forbidden to carry out any actions that cast doubt on the rest of the neighbors in general - the fun is assured by the amount of great and diverse restaurants, bars and nightclubs that the city has. It is forbidden to smoke inside the building, except for the uncovered part of the terrace at the rear and existing balconies in the front. No pets are allowed. The apartment complies with all the requirements imposed by the Portuguese legislation concerning the local housing typified as apartment, in terms of convenience and safety: it has linens, towels, soap, fire extinguisher and fire blanket (with respective instructions) board indicating the emergency number, first aid kit and a complaints book....
