Nice student house in the city center. There are a lot of international students here and it's a good place to meet new people. La résidence est à proximité immédiate : - Centre ville de Lyon - Université Lyon II et Lyon III -Manufacture des tabacs - Transport en commun et commerces Coin cuisine (évier, frigo et four micro ondes). Les toilettes et douches sont à partager avec 6 chambres. Tous nos logements ouvrent droit à l'allocation logement et disposent d'une connexion internet WI FI gratuite. Je reçois essentiellement des étudiants étrangers qui font leurs études sur les différents campus de Lyon et Bron. La résidence est sécurisée avec ouverture de porte par badge, au niveau des services : nous disposons d'une buanderie avec machine à laver et sèche linge (payant), les étudiants peuvent emprunter un aspirateur que nous mettons gracieusement à leur disposition. 175€ de frais de dossier sont à prévoir en arrivant...
