The price is 600 EUR all bills included, 600 EUR as a security deposit. Cleaning of common spaces included in the price! HOUSE RULES: The flat should be keep clean. Pets are NOT allowed. Smoking is NOT allowed. The parties and loud music are NOT allowed. I ask that you do not use your outdoor shoes in the house even if brought in your suitcase....
