La sera Piazza Vittorio diventa punto di incontro di tutti i giovani della città. Chi abita qui, non deve preoccuparsi di non perdere l'ultimo tram per tornare a casa, o, peggio, non deve tornare a casa a piedi nel bel mezzo della notte. Chi invece abiti ad esempio vicino al Politecnico, se perde l'ultimo tram, cammina per 45 minuti per tornare a casa. ...o spende 15.- euro di Taxi.
