si affitta piano superiore (70 mq) molto elegante ed ampio con terrazza (200 mq), letto matrimoniale due piazze nuovissimo e possibilità di mettere un terzo letto, bagno privato, cucina privata, TV 32" full ha con Sky, divani, condizionatore e riscaldamento. L'appartamento è la casa in cui ha abitato la mia famiglia ora però sia io che mia sorella siamo fuori per studio e lavoro e mia madre è rimasta in questa casa molto grande da sola. La casa si sviluppa su due piani il primo, con due bagni, in condivisione con mia madre e il secondo al quale si accede attraverso una scala interna con tutti i servizi ad uso esclusivo descritti sopra. Nel canone sono compresi il condominio, sky, internet fibra, e tutte le utenze (acqua, luce, gas). La posizione è ottima sia per girare a piedi che in bici, a due passi dal politeama e via libertà e a dieci minuti dal teatro massimo. La zona è servita dagli autobus principali 806 che porta a mondello e 101 che va alla stazione o allo stadio. Solo persone pulite, educate, rispettose, ok fumatori, no animali.
