Five bedroom detached house, which is a fifteen minute walk from the university and 1.4 miles away from JLR . The family consists of two parents and two adult children,one living away at university. We are well travelled and we all have a good sence of humour. There are no pets and we have a separate inside smoking area seperate from the house. The house is well decorated and very clean. We have seven years experience with interns, students and professional people needing accomadation working away from home. We offer 24 hours internet.we have one bathroom, with a shower,sink and toilet,one shower room with toilet and sink and also another separate toilet with a sink.All bedding is 100% Egyptian cotton and all beds have matress toppers for extra (hidden) the rear we have a large green garden with many mature trees.The house is situated in a private road that is extremely quiet.
