I have 2 double bedrooms to let in my home in south Birmingham. The house is well kept and of modern decoration. It has a large kitchen, with a dining area, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etx. There is a shared living room, and the bathroom is shared between the tenants only as I have my own. There is a golf course to the rear of the property and a country park 100 yards from the house. There is also a canal located close by.
