OTHERS Students do not have to pay city tax in Siena, however, payment exemption doesn’t happen automatically so you will need to show their ID docs and university ID. All TV's provided by us have HDMI access. If you want to watch or record programmes as they are being show on any other device, such as your mobile phone, tablet or computer, you will need a cable to connect it. "Soggiorno" documents will be released for who pays the room; if the room is paid from a single student, the "Soggiorno" documents will be released only to this student; if the room is paid from two students, the "Soggiorno" documents will be released to these two students. OUR "GOAL" POSITION We stay at 100 mts from buses stop, take here your bus to go to Piazza del Campo (4 minutes), to go to UNISTRASI (15 minutes) or to POLO SCIENTIFICO (20 minutes). Siena has an oval shape, it is not round; along the walls surrounding the city there are 7 ports (Camollia, Ovile, Pispini, Romana, Tufi, San Marco and Fontebranda) and two areas without doors (San Domenico and Lupe). Our reference port is Fontebranda and this remains at 400 meters from Piazza del Campo while other doors remain at 1.1km / 1.5 from the same square (from google maps data). The distance from us to Porta Fontebranda is 900 mt, the total distance to Piazza del Campo is 1.2km. You have easy access to the piazza del Campo in three ways: walking 25 minutes; taking the minibus shuttle "pollicino" which starts 150 meters from us and that in 5 minutes brings you directly to Piazza del Campo: with a car by parking the the closest parking space which is still just outside port Fontebranda. I remind you that the ancient city center of Siena is all pedestrian and no transport can access the city except the "pollicino" and taxis. So if you take a room in the Camollia district (for example) or in San Domenico/San Prospero or Lupe, you will need to walk 1200 mt to arrive in Piazza del Campo.
