Hey guys! I am looking for someone who wants to rent my room in Vienna while I am living abroad for one year (until June/July 2019). You would share the flat with my brother (24 years) who studies Medicine. He is really nice, calm and most of the time at work during the day. Location: The flat is new, the whole Citygate complex (all flats including the shopping center and a little park in the middle) was built in 2015. Integrated in the whole complex is a shopping center (with supermarket Interspar, clothing stores like C&A, pharmacy etc.) and the underground station is 3 min away, which provides a perfect connection facility. It takes the subway 15 min to the city centre (Stephansplatz) and less than half an hour to all major universities (e.g. 20 min to the WU and TU and 25 min to the University of Vienna). Your room: It is approx. 12m2 and already furnished with a bed (which can be enlarged for 2 people), a huge wardrobe, a desk, chair, shelves and a piano! The apartment: The apartment is on the 14th floor! The whole flat is about 85m2 and there is a huge balcony with a great view (especially at night 😉 ). As you can see on the pictures, the living room contains a kitchen, as well as a dining area. There is also a bathroom (including a washing machine) and separate toilet, as well as a storeroom. Hot water, electricity, heating, WIFI, etc. are included!
