The residence is composed by 14 double rooms, some of them are only for girls and other only for boys; each rooms has two confortable single beds, a big wardrobe and a desk. They are clean, bright and really confortable. You will share a bathroom with 3 or 4 person max. On the groundfloor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a big living room where you can share moments with your mates. There is also a garden with a gazebo, table and barbecue equipment. More than that we offer: - Fast internet connection (Wi-fi fastweb 100Mb) - Tv Hd con Sky full complete pack + dvd Blueray - Play Station 3 - study room - laundry room The rental contract period is 7 months, from 1 of february to 31 of august with the momthly rent of 250euro. If you want to stay shorter period, you can still book it paying a bit higher monthly rent price: -for 6 months rent (example: from 1 of february to 31 of July): 292euro per month - for 5 months rent: 350euro -for 4 months rent: 437 euro Utilities are excluded but reasonable, on average around 30/40euro per months In order to book the room you will have to pay the first monthly rent through the platform. After that you have to send the deposit of 500euro through the platform (commission free) that you will get back if there are no damage in the room. In our residence is like to live in an apartment: you will have your own keys and you can go in and out when you want! With a walking distance you can find pharmacy, supermarket and post office.
