Additionally there are two rooms, a storage room and a bathroom with separate toilet. THE LOCATION OF OUR BUSINESS APARTMENTS COULDN’T BE BETTER – THE CITY CENTRE OF VIENNA IS JUST A FOOTSTEP AWAY. The Kleine Pfarrgasse is located in the heart of Vienna and is just a short walk away from the city centre. It is a small alley that is far away from traffic noise. The charming Augarten is just around the corner and invites you for spending nice summer days in the park. Another highlight is the Karmelitermarkt that is just a 5 min walk away – here you can purchase delicacies, fresh fruits and vegetables. The city centre and its old town is about a 10 minutes away and can easily be reached with the tube (U2 Taborstraße) or the tram. The Stephansplatz at the heart of the city centre offers lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Vienna’s historic center is considered one of the most beautiful city landmarks in Europe and is listed as UNESCO World Cultural Heritage. It therefore attracts thousands of tourists annually. Our team pays lots of attention to “well-being factors”, such as offering high-quality mattresses to ensure a good sleep and a high standard in regards to the apartment cleanliness and general condition of the apartment house. We merely charge for the final cleaning of the apartment when you move out. On request we can arrange a weekly cleaning service for your apartment (at additional charge). If you require car parking, there’s the option of renting a parking space against a surcharge.
