Tutte le stanze da letto e l'appartamento sono completamente arredati. Eè presente una lavatrice (no forno), doppia esposizione alla luce con terrazzo lato cortile. Quinto piano (al momento senza ascensore). ATTENZIONE potete affittare anche solo una camera (potete aprire il mio profilo su HousingAnywhere per visualizzare le altre mie offerte). Affitto dell'apppartamento è di 600 euro al mese spese escluse. Le spese di: spese condominiali, acqua, rifiuti, internet, riscaldamento centralizzato ammontano circa a 100 euro al mese a persona. Di conseguenza affitto+spese mensili euro 800 in caso di 2 occupanti (due singole), 900 in caso di tre occupanti (singola+doppia) Le utenze di luce e gas sono escluse e dipendono dal vostro consumo. Deposito di 1600 euro (per due persone, 1800 euro se la casa viene affittata per 3 persone) che verrà restituito al termine della vostra permanenza se non ci sono danni nell'appartamento. Contratto regolarmente registrato, cedolare secca (nessuna spesa di registrazione). La connessione Internet sarà attiva da settembre (10/15 euro al mese in base al numero dei coinquilini)....
