Very quiet comfortable apartment with large internal garden, with a double sofa bed and located in the immediate vicinity of the historic center of Florence (15 minutes walk) and a few minutes from the train station "Santa Maria Novella". The area is served by countless shops, restaurants, pubs and nightclubs, bus and tram stop. Numerous bars nearby. The flat is composed by a large furnished living room/kitchen, a big bedroom where we can put a double bed or two separate single bed with a big wardrobe and a desk and a new bathroom recently restructured. There is also wi-fi ad a washing machine and mosquitos screen. You have access to a beautiful garden! The utilities (not included) will be counted each month based on meter calculations. An estimation could be around 50 euro per month per person. The deposit is one monthly rent for rental periods longer than 3 months. For rental periods from 1 to 3 months the deposit in only 100euro. It will be given back to you if there are no damages in the flat. Final cleaning of the flat (not included) is 200euro. International students and young professionals are welcome! :)...
