L’appartamento si apre su un soggiorno moderno ed elegante, con un divano letto matrimoniale, un tavolo, una zona cottura e un bagno. La zona è ben servita e ben collegata dai mezzi pubblici: a soli 400 metri dall’appartamento puoi trovare i tram 19 e 14 che ti permettono di raggiungere il centro della città in soli 30 minuti; mentre con il tram 1 in 5 minuti raggiungi la linea lilla della metro, oppure a 15 minuti a piedi dall’appartamento. La zona è molto ricca di supermercati e farmacie: • In viale Teodorico,18, il supermercato Crai, a 600 metri dall’appartamento; • In Piazzale Damiano Chiesa, 2, Unes Maxi, a 800 metri; • In Via Ruggero di Lauria, 22, La farmacia Firenze a 450 metri. Soggiorno con zona cottura L’appartamento si apre su un soggiorno in stile moderno, che esprime serenità, è composta da un divano letto, molto confortevole, una televisione e gli armadi. La zona cottura non è visibile, infatti può essere chiusa con le ante ed è dotata di lavastoviglie e tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Bagno Il bagno, anche esso in stile moderno, è molto accogliente, dotato di tutti i sanitari e di una vasca utilizzabile anche come doccia, molto pratica e confortevole. Il bagno è luminoso e include la lavatrice. I nostri prezzi comprendono il servizio Residence con assistenza e includono: IVA, spese di pulizia finali, biancheria da camera e bagno iniziali, utenze (Luce e Gas entro limiti di utilizzo giornalieri), check-in e check-out assistiti (presenza di personale (hidden) ad accogliervi), Internet Wi-fi. Nota importante: durante il mese di aprile è previsto un supplemento se il soggiorno include il periodo della settimana del mobile (si prega di chiedere prima di prenotare). Deposito cauzionale Le ricordiamo che al momento del check-in le verrà richiesto un deposito cauzionale, che dovrà essere versato tramite carta di credito; verrà restituito entro 24 ore lavorative dal giorno del check-out. Nel caso in cui non sia provvisto di una carta di credito valida, potrà versare l'importo del deposito cauzionale in contanti, in questo caso è previsto un supplemento di: 15€ per i check-out dalle ore 8 alle ore 12.00; 20€ per il check-out dalle ore 7 alle ore 8; di 60€ per il check-out prima delle ore 07.00. Upon entering you find the living room with 3 sofas, two of which are sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen corner with all the most useful appliances, and a retro bathroom. You are in an upscale district, moments from Milan Duomo – 10 minutes by bus line 54, which stops at 200 meters – and the city’s most central areas, well connected by public transport. Milano Dateo train station, where the Passante railway line to Garibaldi station stops, is a mere 400 meters away. In the area you will find supermarkets and pharmacies aplenty, including the supermarkets Pam and Carrefour (the former at 200 meters, in Corso Indipendenza 20; the latter at 240 meters, Via Galvano Fiamma 31) and the pharmacy Concordia (at 190 meters, in Corso Concordia 16). The neighboring streets are dotted with shops, clubs, restaurants offering the best international cuisine of Milan, and the ice-cream parlor Il Massimo Del Gelato Milano (Piazza Risorgimento 2B), a 200 meters’ walk from the flat and serving the greatest ice-creams in Milan in a buzzy atmosphere. Living room with night area and kitchen The apartment has an interesting mixture of vintage and highly contemporary design – almost pop – and welcomes the guests into an equipped corridor, from where you enter the prettily furnished, cozy living room. Here you find high-ceilinged windows, a sofa bed for 2 people, a single sofa chair and additional sofa, which cannot be opened out to a bed. The living room with TV set, coffee table and spacious closet combines sitting and night corner, and it is a mix of comfort, quietness, contemporary and colorful design. The sunny retro kitchen has blue cabinets and is fitted with all the most useful appliances. Bathroom The vintage, bright bathroom, matching the apartment’s style, has pink tiles and black flooring, and it is fitted with a combined shower and tub. Our prices include: VAT10%, internet, electricity, gas, linen, final cleaning, check-in/out assisted (with one of (hidden) staff), assistance during your stay. Important note: during April, there is an extra charge on the monthly rent, if your stay include the forniture week (please, ask before booking) Security deposit We remind you that on arrival day will be required a security deposit, must be done with credit card, which will be refunded within 24 working hours from day of departure .
