All residents of the city need to pay this. This means that not me, but the city hall will charge you for garbage disposal taxes and water supply. This is usually around €500 per household per year. Everybody needs to pay this, so it’s not one of my terms, I just want you to be aware of it. You only pay for the months you are actually living in the Netherlands, you can ask for a refund of the months you are not here anymore. -Registration is possible, should the tenant forget to de-register at the end of the stay, we will keep the full deposit! -Upon check in I must take copies of the passports. -A rental agreement with the company "Smoes Vastgoed" must be signed upon arrival by all tenants. -Drilling holes in the rooms of the basement is prohibited, because a concrete tub has been created to make this below ground level floor. If a hole is made, the tub can leek. The fine for drilling a hole in one of the basement (hidden) = €25.00...
