casasenait: Our house is on the third floor of a building of the beginning of the twentieth century (Ospedale Mauriziano area), room, hall, kitchen and bathroom with shower, very clean! The area is really very quiet. La nostra casa è al terzo piano di una palazzina di inizio Novecento (zona Ospedale Mauriziano), camera, sala, cucina e bagno con doccia, pulitissima! La zona è veramente molto tranquilla. The accommodation - L'alloggio The accommodation is very bright with access to a large communal garden with small playground and shared car park. The decor is the result of our travels, with towels and paintings from every corner of the world! The rooms are spacious, well appointed and spotless! In the bedroom there is a double bed + armchair bed and a large closet. In the room there is a bunk bed and a sofa bed. There is also a well-stocked library and a large TV. The kitchen is complete, equipped with fridge, oven and a nice table! On the verandah balcony you can wash and spread. L'alloggio è molto luminoso con accesso ad grande giardino comune con piccolo parco giochi e posto auto condiviso. L'arredamento è il risultato dei nostri viaggi, con teli e quadri da ogni angolo del mondo! Le stanze sono spaziose, ben arredate e pulitissime! In camera da letto c'è un letto matrimoniale + poltrona letto ed un grande armadio. In sala si trovano un letto a castello ed un divano letto . Sono inoltre a disposizione una libreria ben fornita ed una grande TV. La cucina è completa, dotata di frigo, forno e un bel tavolone! Sul balcone verandato è possibile lavare e stendere. Guest access - Accesso ospiti Guests will have access to the entire accommodation and the common garden. Gli ospiti avranno accesso all'intero alloggio ed al giardino comune. The district - Il quartiere The house is within a group of 30-year-old man-made houses, all with garden. The Crocetta, with its Market and its beautiful houses, is within walking distance. The Mauritius Hospital at 100 m. The Valentine's Park on the Po is within walking distance. La casa è all'interno di un gruppo di case popolari degli anni 30, a dimensione d'uomo, tutte con giardino. La Crocetta, con il suo Mercato e le sue bellissime case, è a due passi. L'ospedale Mauriziano a 100 m. Il parco del Valentino sul Po è raggiungibile a piedi. A ride around - Un giro nei dintorni Well connected to the center and to the Porta Nuova station (Airport Bus Terminal): Metro is just over the bridge (500 m), tram and Bike Sharing station 200 m. Car hire agency (Hertz) at 300 m. It is also easy to reach Lingotto and the Olympic Stadium. A nice regional park is very close, like shops and an open hypermarket open 7 days a week. Ben collegato al centro ed alla stazione Porta Nuova (Bus Terminal per aeroporto): la Metro è appena oltre il ponte (500 m), il tram e la stazione di Bike Sharing a 200 m. Agenzia noleggio auto (Hertz) a 300 m. Facile raggiungere anche il Lingotto e lo Stadio Olimpico. Un bel parco rionale è vicinissimo, come negozi ed un ipermercato aperto 7 giorni su 7. Other things to highlight - Altre cose da evidenziare There are many common car parks in the courtyard, but if there is no inside, there is no problem parking on the road, free from 19.30 to 8.00. The accommodation does not have a lift (old house) but the steps are low and two steps fan always good :-) Nel cortile esistono molti posti auto comuni, ma se non ci fosse posto all'interno non c'è problema a posteggiare sulla strada, gratuito dalle 19.30 alle 8.
