The student residence in Rue de la Constitution offers a good working and studying environment at an affordable price. All rooms come with a kitchenette and most with a private shower and shared toilet, please see detailed descriptions at the bottom. Common areas are cleaned twice a week. Excellent tram and bus connections within very short distance. Metro station Botanique is a few minutes on foot. The historic city center is about 20' walk from the front door, Schuman and the EU district is about 30' walk. All rooms an studios have been renovated recently. Shopping facilities in the area are good; Aldi, Carrefour and Colruyt supermarkets are within walking distance. A launderette is just around the corner and all major facilities (bank, doctors, retailers, etc) are in the immediate area. There are numerous night shops in the area as well as inexpensive restaurants catering for all tastes. Special for students booked for 10 or 11 months and who have to retake exams in september : ONE MONTH FREE (August) upon presentation of the copy your results. You only pay the charges (60€) and we allocate you a free room for the month. Please be aware that the rent is different for shorter contracts (1/2 months and 3/4 months). Hoe boek ik deze woning
Als je een woning hebt gevonden die je leuk vindt, is het vrij eenvoudig om te boeken. Zowel de huurder als de verhuurder moeten dit bevestigen voordat de boeking kan worden voltooid. Het werkt als volgt:
- Selecteer je datums om de beschikbaarheid te controleren.
- Neem contact op met de verhuurder door op de contactknop te klikken.
- Stel jezelf voor aan de verhuurder. Stel eventuele vragen die je hebt.
- Als je geen vragen meer hebt en klaar bent om te boeken verstuur je een boekingsverzoek.
- Als de verhuurder akkoord gaat en de betaling is voltooid, heb je de woning succesvol geboekt.
