Al mismo tiempo el piso no se encuentra fuera de la zona turística, por lo que es perfecto para descansar! Las estaciones de metro más cercanas son Marina (L1 - línea roja) y Bogatell (L4 - línea amarilla). Las 2 habitaciones se conectan a un pequeño balcón con una bonita vista de las arboladas calles. -Una habitación doble, con un armario y una cama con cajones debajo. -Una habitación que, como se ve en la foto, puede ser utilizada como lugar de estudio/trabajo. - Se entregan 2 juegos de sábanas por cama y 2 juegos de toallas por persona. - Servicio de limpieza en áreas comunes quincenal. - Suministros no incluidos. - Admin fee 250 Euros que se paga al entrar y firmar el contrato. - Fianza 1 mes. Los pagos se hacen por mes completo entre los primeros 3 días de cada mes. Para firmar el contrato, hacer los pagos correspondientes a la entrada y retirar las llaves, deben dirigirse a nuestra oficina dentro del horario de atención: de lunes a viernes de 10:30 a 17 horas. Si necesitan entrar más tarde o durante el fin de semana (o festivos). Por avisar con una semana de anticipación para que podamos organizar un "check in especial" por un cargo extra de 30 euros, hasta las 11 de la noche.
