This south facing apartment has amazing views over Brussels. It is situated in an attractive neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and cafes. The apartment is fully furnished and ready to move in. It provides the following accommodation: Living/Dining Room:- Sofa, armchairs, bookcase, LCD TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi, coffee table, dining table and buffet. Kitchen:- Refrigerator, stove, microwave and dish-washer. All electrical appliances (coffee machine, toaster, kettle), crockery and other kitchen utensils. Bathroom:- New bathroom with bath, shower and washing machine. One bedroom has a double bed (200cmx160cm) and spacious integrated closet. The second bedroom has a desk, a commode and a pull out bed. There is closet space in the hall. Terrace of 10 m2, furnished with a coffee table and 2 armchairs, is overlooking Brussels giving an impressive view over the town. The access to the building is secured, concierge service 24/24. Services: Bed linen & towels are provided. Final cleaning fee: 90 € Pack TV – Internet high speed Wifi – Phone (cost per month: 70 €). Immediate proximity to the public transport: bus stop in front of the building, metro station “Madou” is in 300 meters. Tenants are required to pay a refundable security deposit of 2.500€ when they check in. Monthly rent is 1.530 € including building charges and TV-Internet-Phone. Water and electricity consumption is invoiced each 2 months according to counters. Tenant's civil responsability insurance is included in the monthly rent.
