The apartment is on the 7th floor of a modernist building, and there are 2 elevators available: one is the original elevator of the building and the other one a "new" style elevator. Important: please note that not all the furniture might be included. The room does include bed, bedside table, and a small wardrobe/hanger to hang up your clothes. There are 13 bedrooms occupied by students or young professionals. There is a large kitchen with 3 fridges and there are 3 bathrooms with shower to share between 11 of the rooms. Only 10 minutes walk to the closest Metro Station "Hospital Clinic" of the blue line (L5) which is directly connected with the main metro and trains station "Sants Estació" (only 2 stops away). There are many classy clothes shops and cafes around the area. ********* Monthly expenses not included (60 EUR per month, per person) *********** To sign the contract, do the rest of the payments and take the keys, you should come to our real estate office from Monday to Friday from 10:30 am to 5 pm. If you need to arrive after this time or during the weekends - or bank holidays - please let us know with enough notice so that we can arrange your special check in for an extra cost (30 euros, until 11pm). For later than 11pm, please ask for availability (cost: 50 euros, until 2 am). El ático dispone de 13 habitaciones. Hay 3 neveras, una gran cocina, 3 baños completos (para compartir entre 11 habitaciones, ya que 2 de ellas tienen baño privado). ********* Gastos NO INCLUIDOS (60 EUR por mes, por persona) *********** Para firmar el contrato, hacer los pagos correspondientes a la entrada y retirar las llaves, deben dirigirse a nuestra oficina dentro del horario de atención: de lunes a viernes de 10:30 a 17 horas. Si necesitan entrar más tarde o durante el fin de semana (o festivos). Por avisar con una semana de anticipación para que podamos organizar un "check in especial" por un cargo extra de 30 euros, hasta las 11 de la noche. Para llegar más tarde de las 11, preguntar por disponibilidad y el valor es de 50 Euros hasta las 2 am. Se debe pagar los cargos de agencia (70 Euros) y los GASTOS MENSUALES (60 euros) de suministros y limpieza del primer mes al momento del check in....
