Es gibt einen Vorraum mit einer neuen, komplett ausgestatteten Küche (inklusive Herd, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine). Von diesem Raum gelangt man auch in das hochwertige Bad - hier gibt es eine Handtuchheizung, ein Waschbecken, ein WC und eine große, bodentiefe Dusche mit zustzlichem Regenschauer-Duschkopf. Einige kleine Details, Deko usw. wurde noch hinzugefügt, nachdem die Fotos gemacht wurden! :) In der gesamten Wohnung ist eine neue Fußbodenheizung vorhanden und absolut alles - von den Böden über die Geräte bis hin zu den modernen Möbeln - ist nagelneu. UMGEBUNG: Diverse Geschäfte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Eine Bus-Station ist nur wenige Meter entfernt und auch andere öffentiche Verkehrsmittel (z.B. Straßenbahn und U-Bahn Linien U6 und U3) sind in der Nähe. KOSTEN & RECHTLICHES: Housinganywhere erhebt leider eine hohe Gebühr vom Vermieter auf die erste Monatsmiete. Deshalb staffen wir unsere Preise für diese Wohnung wie folgt: Aufenthaltsdauer: 1 Monat: € 1.200 Aufenthaltsdauer 2 oder 3 Monate: € 1.050 / Monat Aufenthaltsdauer länger als 3 Monate: € 975 / Monat In der Miete sind alle Betriebs- und Nebenkosten inklusive. Dazu zählen z.B. Strom, Heizung, Wasser, Internet, GIS-Gebühr etc. - es kommen also keinerlei sonstige Kosten auf Sie zu. Abschließend möchte ich darauf hinweisen, dass dieses Apartment legal als Kurzzeit-Apartment vermietet wird (was leider bei vielen anderen nicht der Fall ist) und wir die entsprechenden Gebühren (falls sie anfallen) abführen. ABOUT THE APARTMENT: This beautiful small apartment is newly renovated and equipped with high-quality wooden floorboards. There is an anteroom with a new, fully equipped kitchen (including stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine). From this room you can also access the high-quality bathroom - here there is a towel heater, a washbasin, a toilet and a large, floor-deep shower with additional rain shower head. Please note that we added some more decoration and details after the pictures were taken! :) There is new floor heating throughout the apartment and absolutely everything - from the floors to the appliances to the modern furniture - is brand new. LOCATION: Various shops are in the immediate vicinity. A bus station is only a few metres away and other public transport (e.g. tram and underground lines U6 and U3) are also nearby. COSTS & LEGAL: Unfortunately Housinganywhere collects a high fee from the home-owner for the first month's rent. That's why we set our prices as follows: Duration of stay: 1 month: € 1.200 Duration of stay 2 or 3 months: € 1.050 / month Duration of stay longer than 3 months: € 975 / month All operating and ancillary costs are included in the rent. This includes e.g. electricity, heating, water, internet, GIS fee etc. there are no other costs for you. Finally I would like to point out that this apartment is rented legally as a short-term apartment (which unfortunately is not the case with many others) and we pay the corresponding fees (if they are incurred). Cómo reservar este alojamiento
Cuando encuentras una propiedad que te gusta, realizar una reserva es muy sencillo. Tanto el inquilino como el propietario deben confirmar antes de formalizar una reserva. Así es como funciona:
- Selecciona tus fechas para comprobar la disponibilidad.
- Contacta con el propietario pulsando en el botón Contactar.
- Preséntate al propietario. Haz cualquier pregunta que tengas.
- Cuando estés listo para reservar, envía una solicitud de reserva.
- Cuando el propietario la apruebe y se acepte el pago, habrás reservado correctamente la propiedad.
No es necesario que visites el alojamiento cuando reservas con HousingAnywhere. Estas son las razones:
- Todas las propiedades de HousingAnywhere tienen fotografías y una descripción clara. Puedes comunicarte fácilmente con el propietario por si algo no estuviese claro.
- Al no realizarse visitas, todos los usuarios tienen las mismas oportunidades a la hora de reservar, tanto las personas que ya viven en la ciudad como las que viven en otro lugar.
- HousingAnywhere se cerciora de que la propiedad es tal y como aparece en el anuncio, y solamente envía el pago al propietario cuando has hecho la mudanza correctamente.
